Apply now What you’ll do We are looking for an experienced IT CO Consultant (f/m/d) to consult our business about what’s possible from a technology point-of-view, to effectively implement SAP’s own software solution portfolio while building value-adding enhancements on top, to manage rock-solid availability of our solutions and services to our internal user community, and to facilitate the lifecycle of our offering. Together with your peers in a collaborative approach, you will implement digital solutions and services to optimize and automate business processes as well as improve the work efficiency of our product’s user community. The following will be the key aspects of your responsibilities: Actively and collaboratively validate desirability, viability, and feasibility of business needs and potential solutions. Implement, test, deploy, and document solutions in incremental sprints. Identify and leverage new standard functionalities, market trends and technologies. Bug-fix what’s broken, both independently as well as collaboratively with various players across the team and beyond. Facilitate and safeguard system upgrades collaboratively with the team while managing effects on our applications. Drive continuous improvement in how the team delivers value and works collaboratively. Help strengthen the team’s capabilities and cross-functionality by growing your own capabilities, sharing your knowledge with your peers to prevent the creation of silos, and actively contributing to the team’s upskilling activities. What you bring 3+ years of professional working experience in an IT, Consulting or Development environment. Advanced functional skills in SAP Margin / Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). Functional skills in SAP Overhead Controlling (CO-OM), Cost Object Controlling (CO-PC-OBJ), Result Analysis, Project System (PS) or Product Costing (CO-PC) are a plus. Experience in SAP’s solutions for Finance as well as knowledge about integration with additional SAP modules such as Financial Accounting and Order Management are a plus. Debugging skills in ABAP / ABAP OO are a plus. Competence to understand a complex development environment from multiple angles (implementation vs. business value vs. dependencies and interfaces with other teams). Fluent English to successfully collaborate in an international and cross-cultural virtual team within a global organization. Strong communication skills to create clarity and transparency with and for others. Passion for doing what’s right in a pragmatic, results- and quality-oriented way even when under pressure. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively while understanding initiative and responsibility as key drivers to success in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment.
