You will manage business analysis, system design, implementation, application maintenance and support teams. The manager communicates direction and interfaces with ITD. You will consult with vendors, sponsors and staff to determine information needs and strategies.The Future Caregiver is someone who: Has Workday experience in either an analyst capacity or supervisory experience (managing a Workday or technical team). When you join Cleveland Clinic, you'll be part of a supportive caregiver family that will be united in shared values and purpose to fulfill our promise of being the best place to receive care and the best place to work in healthcare.Responsibilities:Manages development of information technology plans to support business plans.Develops and implements plans to address new or revised business processes and information flows.Ensures that systems conform to internal and external regulatory standards.Directs staff engaged in supplying analysis, design and programming services.Evaluates quality of provided services and initiates improvements.Reviews information technology project requirements, feasibility assessments, vendor evaluations and work plans.Recommends actions to achieve desired outcome.Manages priorities.Establishes short-term and medium-term anizes and schedules activities to achieve desired objectives. Implements standards and practices to achieve effective resource utilization.Ensures standards and procedures are followed.Other duties as assigned.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field required.Knowledge of complex systems in health care organization preferred.Certifications:None plexity of Work:Requires strategic planning, critical thinking and decisive judgment.Management skills must include strong communication skills, negotiating skills and organizational skills.Requires ability to relate to all levels of the user community.WorkExperience:Minimum five years supervisory experience in information system development in a large data processing environment.Offset: Associate's degree and seven years of experience.Offset: High School Diploma/GED and nine years of experience.Experience implementing and supporting major systems preferred.Physical Requirements: Position requires frequent sitting and use of telephone and personal computer.The position must be available after hours for support by pager and computer dial-in.The position may require some travel domestically and internationally.Personal Protective Equipment:Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $40.48Maximum hourly: $61.74The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package, which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement.
