Des Moines, United States Vctavern Full time

Job Title:

Who We Are

Advantage Capital is a unique impact investor whose mission is to bring businesses and jobs to communities that have historically lacked access to investment capital. Since 1992, Advantage Capital has invested more than $3.1 billion in over 800 companies, spanning a diverse array of industry sectors and covering the entire risk spectrum. The firm has built a strong and successful track record of public-private partnerships with state and federal economic development organizations, creating over 50,000 permanent, well-paying jobs and facilitating the subsequent flow of billions of dollars of investment capital into communities that are underserved by traditional sources of capital.

The Partner Services (ACPS) business line provides advisory services for participants in economic development programs familiar to Advantage, particularly the New Markets Tax Credit program, helping those businesses and investors accomplish their programmatic goals around permanent job growth through small business finance.
