We are looking for a **Senior Sales Manager** as part of our Retail Marketing team which markets and sells our affordable, family friendly mini vacation packages through our retail locations based in Simon Malls, Bass Pro Shops, and Cabelas throughout the country.

As a **Senior Sales Manager** you will lead and maintain two sales locations each with a high-performing team in a fun working environment You will be responsible for staffing, developing and leading these highly impactful forward-facing sales teams of 4-5 Sales Representatives that will engage with potential customers to generate leads and sell vacation packages.
