Channel Marketing SpecialistJob DescriptionABOUT THE POSITIONThe Channel Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in our Channel Marketing Team, primarily focusing on print operations while also providing support across various digital marketing channels including email, SMS/text, and social media. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing our Catalog operations and print requests, assisting with email marketing campaign development and execution, contributing to social media strategies, and assisting with general project management tasks. This dynamic role requires a combination of creativity, organization and adaptability to thrive in our fast-paced environment.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESCatalog and Print OperationsSupports all aspects of the catalog planning and target audience development process by executing house file selects and segmentation efforts. Responsibilities include working with Enterprise Analytics for target audience list selects by catalog, transferring data to outside vendors, creating catalog promotions, and project management of key catalog milestones.Liaise with internal partners (Enterprise Analytics, Merchandising) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of key catalog documentation and approvals.Support all aspects of any ad-hoc print projects identified by the organization.Update and distribute various catalog and print performance reports in a timely manner.Email, SMS, and Social Media Marketing Assist Channel Marketing team to successfully develop and launch weekly email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement and growth for the company.Collaborate with Channel Marketing team on ad-hoc projects, channel optimizations, timelines and project management.Monitor channels for trends and opportunities to enhance our brand presence.Project ManagementAssist with Channel Marketing project management task to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.Work with Project Manager to launch new projects and recurring weekly content iterations.Maintain key department planning and reporting documentation and effectively communicate with team on progress, risks, and other important project information.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in marketing, communications. related field or equivalent experience.One to two years of marketing experience- internship, or on the job experience is applicable.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
