CPG Brand Marketing Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager who will be responsible for crafting and executing effective brand strategies/tactics to drive growth and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful CPG marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall objectives and resonate with our target audience. We are looking for an individual that would enjoy a culture that embraces unconventional ideas, flexibility in execution, in short, a renegade personality.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
2.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
3.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and value proposition.
4.
Create, gather, provide the sales team with the tools necessary to support the brand, new and existing products.
5.
Play a role in developing new, innovative products to launch into the retail marketplace.
6.
Create and manage marketing plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
7.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of brand strategies and campaigns.
8.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
9.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance the brand's positioning and messaging.
10. Serve as a brand steward internally and externally, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels, marketing disciplines and touchpoints.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
2.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in CPG marketing, with a focus on brand strategy development.
3.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, integrating all marketing disciplines.
4.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
5.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
6.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7.
Creative, renegade thinker with a passion for innovation and growth.
8.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
9.
Experience working in Consumer Packaged Goods is a requirement.
