Director of Finance/Operational Controller

Responsible for all Treasury functions including but not limited to the following:

Development and maintenance of 13-week Cash Flow

Development and maintenance of 12 month rolling Cash Flow

Responsible for relationship with financial banking partner, including credit card accounts

Responsible for the accounts payable department:

Best in class DPO KPI and efficient processes

Continuous improvement including elimination of manual processes

Protecting the organization from potentially fraudulent activity and implementation of internal controls

Identify areas to improve current roadblocks

Integration of Credit Card Reimbursements within Concur or other service identified.

Accounts receivable and credit and collection department responsibility:

Ensure compliance and achievement of best possible DSO KPI (Past Due target of 5%)

Document and maintain the entire collection process, including when customers are 1, 30, 60, and 90+ days late

Oversee application of Financing Charges if customers are 1+ days past due

Responsible for developing the department and open positions to strengthen SOS for our growth

Proactive in change management and continuous improvement recommendations to management and implements changes as needed.

Works in collaboration across all disciplines

Responsible for team goals and development

Able to perform job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.

Other duties as assigned.

MBA Preferred - Bachelor's Degree required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be required

8-10 years progressive growth in Finance/Accounting

5 years supervisory experience

CPA preferred

Proven analytical ability

Self-initiator, team player, and customer focus

Proficient with Microsoft software

ERP system proficiency required

Mostly office environment, occasional light manufacturing environment

Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Low noise level in a temperature-controlled setting

Some level of domestic and/or international travel may be required

Mostly normal business hours with occasional need to flex hours
