ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Complete trade execution for various categories of trades across the platform, including but not limited to: rebalancing, tax loss harvesting, one-off trades, changes to asset allocation, margin clears. Enter, manage, and complete stock, bond, ETF, option, and mutual fund trades as well as direct separately managed account cash flows. Properly run rebalancing process, including: Setup, assign, maintain, and monitor accounts within rebalancing software. Rebalance client portfolios in accordance with advisor / investments team guidance. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of firm trade execution. Monitor drift vs. models for client portfolios with timely reporting to advisor/investment teams. SUCCESS METRICS Highly analytical and strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy and consistency. Ability to effectively communicate between departments and take direction from multiple sources. Thorough understanding of importance of liquidity needs and appropriate cash management procedures. Efficient and pro-active problem solver; escalates timely and when necessary. Proficiency in Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, Microsoft Suite (competency or ability to learn quickly), Market Data hubs, Execution venues preferred. Adheres to compliance requirements. Organized and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Feels a sense of urgency and able to keep a steady pace of work. High standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Team player - excels working within a team environment. Physical Requirements This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
