In the US and North America, products are sold at Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, and select Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Holt Renfrew and Nordstrom stores as well as the Maison Francis Kurkdjian boutique in the Miami Design District.Maison Francis Kurkdjian is part of the LVMH Group.Job DescriptionThe E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for providing essential E-Commerce support across various facets of site operations, with a primary focus on ensuring seamless customer service, alongside optimizing warehouse operations, and guiding informed marketing analysis.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer ServiceProvide the Customer Service team with support regarding customer claims & inquiriesAssist with Credit Card disputesMonitor US transactions and FraudsAssist with FedEx delivery issues and claimsWarehouse OperationsCollaborate with warehouse on web returns, orders exceptions and miscellaneous requestsGeneral OperationsAssist with website content update if neededConduct regular mfk.com audits to ensure proper functioningMarketing & AnalysisMonitor the clients' database for quality check and cleaning of informationAssist with analyzing e-commerce performance metricsMonitor Marketing CalendarObserve competitive landscape, benchmarking and sharing key competitive site functionalities and best practicesPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsOne to three years of experience with a focus on E-Commerce operationsVery strong analytical skillsWell-organized and able to multi-task effectivelyEase with large databases and numbersAptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e., web-based reports, databases, and various multimedia technologies)Working knowledge of Microsoft AX or ability to learn it quicklyWorking knowledge of ExcelWorking knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Service CloudWorking knowledge of Google AnalyticsWillingness to learn new system and processesExcellent communication skills for coordination with all departments and France,Deals with confidential Information and/or issues using discretion and judgmentAdditional InformationNOTE: This job description is intended to cover the core accountabilities of the position and is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
