Overview
Hello Health is currently looking for a Contract Management Specialist to join our Tampa, FL team. The Contract Management Specialist will play an important role within the growing team. This position will be responsible for reviewing company’s agreements related to sales, vendors, etc. This position will also ensure entering the contracts in our system and that they are in compliance with current regulations.
Role & Responsibilities
Working with management and staff to support centralized contracting processes.
Designing, developing, and implementing processes to streamline the handling of contracts from initiation to execution and renewal, while providing a high-quality experience for clients.
Developing and implementing processes to store existing and new contracts, establish security protections to ensure confidentiality of sensitive contracts, establish means of searching and retrieving stored contracts, and manage the process for renewal of expiring contracts.
This role will work with departments across the organization to identify and gather contracts for entry into our system, with the objective of storing all customer contracts in the system.
Serving as custodian of all executed contracts and other legal documents.
Drafting agreements and other legal documents (e.g., Non-Disclosure Agreements, Consent Letters, Consulting Agreements).
Managing various legal projects and deadlines as a liaison to internal departments.
Analyzing existing agreements to determine what legal modifications need to be made.
Assisting in projects as requested by internal clients and leadership/management to help create and sustain the highest level of service supporting institutional efforts.
Facilitating the contract review/negotiation process for the company’s contracts, and reviewing varying forms of legal documents (including new contracts, amendments, statements of work, renewals, etc.), in order to complete the necessary tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Legal or equivalent experience
Previous experience in Contract Management
3+ years of Legal experience would be a plus
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral, written & presentations) demonstrating the ability to effectively summarize critical information into clear, concise, and insightful updates for leadership
