Job Summary

Agent Pipeline is seeking an Account Director to provide exceptional customer support to agents and marketers. The Account Director serves as a proactive liaison between agents, Agent Pipeline, and carriers, anticipating issues before they arise and offering solutions to potential roadblocks. The ideal candidate should be forward-thinking, empathetic, and possess excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Serves as a liaison between agents and carriers, nurturing relationships and ensuring agent satisfaction.
  • Provides high levels of service, accurate responses, and effective communication at all times.
  • Assists with de-escalating agent issues and concerns, involving leadership when appropriate.
  • Guides agents through processes for contracting, certification, carrier portals, and more.
  • Resolves issues independently with a goal of first call resolution whenever possible.
  • Ensures thorough documentation and records are maintained.
  • Ensures timely outreach for agent calls, communicating with the team and leadership if unable to meet timeframes.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

  • Travel requirements include limited day travel with some overnight travel.
