Automation and Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation within IAM processes and implement solutions using tools like PowerShell and ServiceNow. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve IAM processes to reduce turnaround times and increase efficiency. Compliance and Security: Ensure all IAM activities comply with relevant regulations and security standards, such as HIPAA. Incident Management: Address and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents promptly. Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor IAM performance and automation impact.
