Key Responsibilities: Manage Daily IAM Operations: Oversee the onboarding, offboarding, and access management processes for all employees, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 15 IAM professionals, including remote team members based in India. Automation and Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation within IAM processes and implement solutions using tools like PowerShell and ServiceNow. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve IAM processes to reduce turnaround times and increase efficiency. Compliance and Security: Ensure all IAM activities comply with relevant regulations and security standards, such as HIPAA. Incident Management: Address and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents promptly. Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor IAM performance and automation impact. Qualifications: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IAM operations, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies (AD, Azure AD, Office 365).
