The Financial Analyst- International is a key member of the International Finance Staff. They oversee the Financial Planning & Analysis for the whole international region, including leading the consolidation, regional result reporting, and all company planning cycle activities (i.e., weekly QMIs, SRO, LTP, Plan and monthly forecast) for the region. The role also provides direct end to end financial and business support for the appliance business in Canada, LAX, and International Parts.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Manage & consolidate financial planning cycle processes Developing Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual regional plan including QMI, SRO, Op Plan, and LTP (P&L / Balance Sheet / Cash) Act as the SME for the other FP&A Analysist in the International Region Leading weekly and monthly calls with KEY FP&A in the region and Group FP&A Analyze data for reasonableness & review variances by considering sources, current business activities and historical trends prior to releasing information to the international team & Group FP&A Drive profitable growth by timely providing analysis of the results, and reporting of key metrics, while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending and driving actions Lead the preparation for all Financial Dashboard, Score Cards, and Key reporting Metrics for the region Lead controllership and monthly & quarterly reporting activities, including: Timely completing consolidation reports and issuing of regional closing packages Coordinating MJE uploads and reviews for reporting activities on the principal entity Coordination of balance sheet analysis and reviews with Finance Managers and Controllership Interaction with LVL Share services regarding payments / cash application Manage the Intercompany Billing, including accounting and payment request for some of Non-US Affiliates Preparing and Approving Account Recs Manage the end-to-end MABE Billback process, including accounting and dispute and resolutions of any item Coordinate all Miscellaneous Billing Activities for the Region (for Royalties / Tech Fees / Fixed Assets sales) Provide Business Leadership Support through direct financial and end to end business support to the operational leaders for Canada, International Parts EMEA, and Latin American Export Drive standardization & process improvement across business, leveraging digitization by performing ad hoc analysis, and supporting International Senior Financial Director & General Manager in various analysis Act as key international resource for all Group FP&A requests

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of three (3 -5) years’ Finance experience. Strong analytical, leadership, time-management, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams Results-oriented, process-focused, self-starter Strong systems skills, i.e. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Oracle/ERP reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

Hyperion and Oracle a plus Relevant work experience in the Latin America region desired Bilingual English Spanish strongly preferred.

Working Conditions

Up to 10% domestic travel may be required (within the US or Puerto Rico) Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
