InsureMyTrip is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to implement human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, and training programs for assigned locations. Ensures compliance with federal and state employment guidelines. This is a hybrid position located in Warwick, RI.

The Adventure Ahead:

  • Execute the recruiting process which includes comparing open positions to budgeted headcount, employment advertising, sourcing candidates, telephone screening, coordinating interviews, applicant testing, reference checking, and presenting to finalist offer for employment.
  • Update the weekly recruiting activities report as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain new hire paperwork.
  • Ensure proper orientation and on-boarding for new hires.
  • Maintain all personnel and recruiting files in accordance with Company and legal requirements.
  • Manage general employee relations issues as they arise, with HR Manager input.
  • Assist HR Manager with the completion of all change, new hire, and termination documentation including obtainment of appropriate approvals and meeting all payroll deadlines.
Skills and Experience Needed:
  • Bachelors in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Advanced organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
