1. Dispatch Operations: Oversee daily dispatch operations, including receiving service requests, assigning jobs to technicians, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.

2. Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of dispatchers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.

3. Scheduling: Develop and maintain an efficient scheduling system to optimize technician routes, minimize travel time, and maximize productivity.

4. Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to service scheduling, dispatching, and technician availability. Ensure timely and professional communication with customers at all times.

5. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet customer demands, balancing workload distribution among technicians and optimizing resource utilization.

6. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that service requests are fulfilled promptly and that customer satisfaction levels are consistently high.

7. Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dispatch operations, such as response times, job completion rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including safety protocols and licensing regulations.

1. System Management: Manage integrations with Service Titan, our primary operations and dispatch platform, ensuring its effective utilization and alignment with company processes.

2. Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on the use of Service Titan, ensuring they are proficient in its functionalities.

3. Optimization: Continuously seek ways to optimize the use of Service Titan to improve operational efficiency and customer service.

4. Troubleshooting: Address any issues or challenges related to Service Titan, coordinating with the vendor as necessary to resolve problems.

1. AI Implementation: Lead the integration of artificial intelligence solutions into various operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. 2. System Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of AI systems, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with company goals. 3. Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on the use of AI systems and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of technology. 4. Innovation: Continuously seek out new AI technologies and solutions to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge. Office Management:

1. Customer Service: Serve as the third level point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. Help the team solve problems.

2. Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation related to office operations, including customer records, financial records, and administrative documents. Employee

1. Employee Support: Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other employment-related matters.

2. Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires within Dispatch and office, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to succeed in their roles.

3. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

4. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews and professional development plans, codifying policies and procedures.

1. System Installation: Assist in implementing Veteran Air's systems and processes in newly acquired companies to ensure seamless integration and consistency across all operations.

2. Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to the staff of acquired companies, ensuring they are proficient in using our systems and understand our processes.

3. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes during the integration phase to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

4. Coordination: Work closely with the Operations Manager and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and effective integration of new acquisitions into Veteran Air's operational framework.
