You will serve as the subject matter expert and technical point of contact providing functional and technical support across Jackson Hewitt including daily support, maintenance, and configuration of UKG applications. The HRIS Manager will collaborate with multiple functional areas and with key stakeholders. The position will be a key partner to the Senior HRIS Manager to support enhancements, testing, and other technical projects to support our people strategies. This role will ensure that the most efficient and effective reporting and data integrity solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs. What You'll Do Here: Demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Manage and develop seasonal HRIS specialists. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of UKG, Time and Attendance, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits modules. Act as internal Project Manager for new integrations/implementations onto the UKG platform or implementation of new modules for Jackson Hewitt. Maintain and support UKG security, organizational structures, business processes, tasks, notifications, system enhancements/release updates and provide data entry support. Provide required HRIS reporting and use analytical skills to identify key metrics, trends, and help identify and resolve business issues. Develop and conduct formal and informal training sessions regarding HRIS features and functionality for HR, Managers, and Employees.
