We're seeking a Purchasing Manager to play a pivotal role in our homebuilding operation. Qualified candidates will be well organized team players, with excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of success. A passion for gorgeous homes and architecture is a must.

Position Summary - Purchasing Manager


Responsibilities :


  • Manage the purchase and delivery of materials, fixtures and building supplies to various schedules, designs and budgets.
  • Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors and vendors for positive outcomes.
  • Recruit new suppliers, subcontractors and vendors.


Qualifications :


  • Experience working for a Homebuilder or Remodeler is preferred.
  • Ability to read building plans and to do take-offs.
  • Passionate about gorgeous homes and architecture.
  • Great people skills: enjoy developing relationships and putting together great deals.
  • A self starter: takes initiative and seek ways to improve processes
  • A team player: brings a positive energy to interactions with the team and sub-contractors; ready to jump in where needed.
  • Conscientious, detailed, and organized.
  • Computer Proficient: experience with Google Docs and MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
