Key Responsibilities: Lead transportation projects through all phases, from concept development to design and construction. Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver innovative solutions for roadways and other transportation infrastructure. Provide estimations of costs, personnel, and materials needed; assist in establishing completion dates and preparing proposals. Assist with presentations to clients and work with them on specifications and modifications during project execution. Review invoicing content to capture all work performed for the client. Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff. Maintain and foster relationships with clients, staying current with emerging trends in transportation engineering. Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation Engineering. Licensed PE in Ohio. 8-10 years of experience in the Civil Engineering Industry, with a strong background in transportation projects. Proficiency in CAD and design software, including MicroStation and GEOPAK/OpenRoads Designer (ORD). Key Competencies: Self-starter demonstrating dependability and consistent work efforts. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Attention to detail and follow-up capabilities. Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities. Strong oral and written communication skills. Creative application of technology to tasks and problem-solving. Ability to act as a technical lead within a team environment.
