We are seeking an Accounting Specialist that wants to join a fun, local company in Bend, OR. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop an accounting skillset, while working with a team of amazing people

Description:

+ Manage assigned accounts to maintain acceptable levels of delinquency, balances, and chargebacks as defined by the AR Dashboard and other metrics as established

+ Accurately apply cash receipts in compliance with customers remittance advice and in accordance with company policy

+ Demonstrate problem-solving ability while researching disputes to resolve payment discrepancies.

+ Charges back to customers, makes AR adjustments, issues or coordinates the issuance of credit memos as necessary to resolve disputes

+ Identify delinquent receivables using AR Dashboard and other tools as provided. Contacts customers via telephone, email, mail, or fax to collect payment.

+ Follows up as necessary to ensure that payments are received as required
