Job Description

As the Substation Principal Engineer/Lead, your duties and responsibilities will include managing all assigned substation projects from conception through to construction and commissioning. In the conceptual phase, you'll be working closely with the Early-Stage Project Manager to support the engineering requirements and scope with the Development Group. You'll be required to plan, coordinate and complete large-scale or several medium or small, complex or long-term projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Part of your role will also involve securing required resources, managing budgets, risks and changes, conducting project meetings, and identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise.
