Role Responsibilities: Treasury Systems Oversee Template Management in the Treasury System Support Creating Payment Upload Files directly t o the Treasury System Serve as the Liaison to internal clients for online reporting and bank related questions Coordination with banks on account services, fees, upgrades, documentation, and troubleshooting Daily and monthly reporting for Treasury Operations bank reports, statements, confirmations and treasury backups to Accounting and Audit Staff Offer recommendations for Process Improvements Assist the Treasury Manager with User Entitlements Global Banking and Wire Payments Perform Wire Payment processing for various internal and external company transactions Wire transfer initiation, funding support for various intra company accounts Provide wire and SWIFT confirmations to internal clients and accounting teams Perform FX Trades & Contract confirmations and settlement operations. Work closely with the Treasury Manager and Treasury Staff, and serve as back-up when needed Coordinate Letters of Credit and bank guarantee requirements.
