You can resolve resident concerns or inform your supervisor of unusual situations (like Pirates) or unresolved issues.
You are a people person. You love the idea of interacting with all types of people on a daily basis. You revel in the idea of building connections and having hilarious inside jokes with members and co-workers.
You are responsible and respectful. You are a multi-tasker, and you can happily and calmly juggle paperwork, phone calls, check ins, registration questions and scheduling maintenance. You have the ability to implement YMCA policies with professionalism and positivity, meet weekly deadlines and issue key cards like no one has issued them before.
Position is year round, part time offering between 12-25 hours per week. Currently all shifts are open. You do not need to be available for all shifts to apply.
Available shift times are
* Mondays 10 am - 1 pm
* Tuesdays 1 pm -7 pm
* Wednesday 10 am - 4 pm
* Thursday 10 am - 4pm
* Friday 10 am- 1 pm
* Saturday 10am - 1 pm
Requirements/Qualifications:
* Customer Service or Sales Experience preferred
* Intermediate computer skills required
* Professional appearance and attitude required
* Available for two or more shifts each week
Salary is $14.00/hour.
