Responsibilities:

Within the Administrative and Financial Direction of the Axway group, and reporting to the group's FP&A Director, you will join a team of Finance Business Partners operating within a complex international and matrixed scope.


Main duties and responsibilities

You will act as a true Business Partner to Operational and Corporate Departments.
You will manage the financial aspects of a geographic area and a Product line and will become the main point of contact for the General Managers and their teams.

  • Monitoring of activities, P&L, and KPIs with management and Operational teams: identification of improvement areas and proposal of corrective actions
  • Quarterly reviews coordination with the top management to define and track action plans.
  • Budgeting and forecasting construction and monitoring
  • Expense tracking: validation of recorded expenses and monthly provision validation, reporting and analysis during monthly and quarterly closures.
  • Prepare performance analysis reports and dashboards.
  • Contribute to the development of KPI.
  • Participate in the development of Business partnering in new integrated areas.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications:

Required skills:

  • Possessing excellent communication skills, good analytical and synthesis capabilities, you are rigorous and methodical while being able to work autonomously.
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel and ideally Workday.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is required as exchanges will be conducted in French and English.

Education:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree +4/5 in finance (DESCF, ESC, University, ...)
  • You have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience within a financial department in an international context.
