Allentown, United States Early Intervention Specialists Full time

Early Intervention Specialists, Inc. (EIS) is an infant/toddler early intervention provider in Pennsylvania. We provide early intervention services to children ages 0-3 years who have or are at risk for developmental delays and their families. EIS is seeking energetic professionals with a desire to support positive change in the lives of children and their families through a rewarding position in Early Intervention. Our interventionists work with parents, teachers, and caregivers to provide services for infants and young children in their homes, community, preschools, and daycare facilities.

We currently have exciting Independent Contractor opportunities available for Physical Therapists throughout Chester County.

*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited university
* Must be PA Certified and Licensed
* Valid PA Child Abuse clearance, PA Criminal Record Clearance, and FBI clearance approving the individual for work with children
* Must have a valid driver’s license
* Must not be excluded from enrolling in Pennsylvania’s Promise System
* Experience in Early Intervention preferred but not required
* While performing the duties of this position you will need to be able to physically drive to appointments, work with children on the floor in a variety of positions (sit, stand, bend, squat, kneel, twist, reach above shoulders, climb stairs and lift an infant or toddler), as well as use an iPad or computer.

*Job Responsibilities:*
* Provide physical therapy to children ages birth to three years who qualify for Early Intervention Services and their caregivers/families in their home and/or community settings.
* Coach and empower caregivers in encouraging their child’s development within their natural environment and daily routines.
* Derive and share clinical opinions based on goal achievement per individual child/family need.
* Maintain documentation of delivery of services and status of progress towards achieving goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $72.00 - $88.00 per hour
