Key Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Program with a valid PT license in PA.
  • At least 1 year of experience in physical therapy within a home care environment or medical facility.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and compassion.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination.

Your Responsibilities as a Physical Therapist:

  • Provide Care: Deliver physical therapy services across various settings, assisting patients in regaining mobility and strength.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work alongside physicians, nurses, CNAs, OTs, and SLPs to ensure exceptional patient care.
  • Support Diagnostics: Aid physicians in assessing patient functionality and equipment needs.
  • Monitor Progress: Conduct evaluations, document patient progress, and adjust therapy services as necessary.
  • Guide Exercises: Instruct patients in exercises and hands-on therapy techniques to manage pain and improve mobility.
  • Educate Patients: Inform patients and their families about therapy goals, exercises, and self-care practices.
