Help Desk Analyst| Boston Hybrid | $60,000 | Law & Professional Services

Are you looking to join a leading global US Law firm undergoing a digital renovation? Are you hoping to find a role with crystal clear progression pathways?

You will be working with an established client, undergoing expansion with a new state-of-the-art office about to open, meaning great potential for in-house progression, and increased opportunity for quick career progression. There really hasn’t been a better time to get on board.

You will be ensuring proper computer operation, documenting, and receiving end-user requests. You will be required to use diagnostic & help request tracking tools to resolve a variety of problems. You will be the go-to person for any office desktop issues. You will tackle a range of helpdesk operational duties alongside an introduction to Administration and project pipeline.

You will need: Proficient communications skills Familiarity with Windows & MacOS MDM (iOS, Android).

Experience preferable: MS Suite Active Directory Tier I support 2-3 years of experience is preferable.

You will get: +1 day of holiday per year of employment Quarterly social events Extensive on-site and external training.
