**Description**
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the Refresco North America business inventory process / control activities. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Inventory Controls - Supply Chain Finance and will lead key inventory control and reporting processes to support Plant Finance in effectively managing the plants inventory assets. This role provides opportunities to work in a dynamic and results-driven work environment and to build relationships with cross functional teams across the network. The Senior Financial Analyst will have the opportunity to join as an integral member of the Refresco network, to experience growth and success at the world's largest independent bottler of beverages.
**Key Accountabilities:**
Inventory Controls Management & Analysis Responsible for supporting inventory control processes, assist with managing the cycle counting/annual physicals and support in management reporting. This position will work with the senior manager to perform the following responsibilities:
* Onboard new inventory control personnel to ensure strong inventory control skillsets to support the Refresco North America plant network.
* Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and processes. This includes plant assessments to validate control processes are in place and provide additional training as needed.
* Assist with coordinating and managing the annual physical inventory including required submissions for external audit.
* Ensure newly acquired facilities are appropriately integrated for inventory control processes into the network.
* Assist with inventory related system and process projects focused on continuous improvement.
* Assist with inventory and waste analysis to identify cost down opportunities actionable by plant management.
* Work cross functionally to review and update inventory control and reporting policies.
* Assist with adhoc inventory transactional research and troubleshooting to rectify issues and mitigate financial reporting concerns.
**Skills/Qualifications:**
* S. / B.A. degree in Finance or Accounting preferred or related experience.
* Manufacturing/Inventory and SAP experience highly desirable
* Ability to utilize SAP and Excel to navigate through large data sets and summarize findings with strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
* Knowledge of supply chain or supply chain experience a plus.
* Effective written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work cross functionally with adept people and process management skills.
* Self-starter with strong time management skills, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently, balance multiple tasks with changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, concisely summarize ideas, and provide solutions.
* Authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.
**Education and Experience:**
* 2 or more years related work experience in manufacturing or industrial environment. Food related manufacturing a plus.
