Inventory Assistant

ESCs premier client is looking for an Inventory Assistant to join their team, who is building industry changing technology to help deliver high-speed broadband network connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. This role is 100% onsite, reporting in Kirkland, WA and will have you managing inbound shipments including PO tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communication and more. You will use your excel skills to analyze inventory positioning and sku performance to determine inventory needs. If you want to be a part of a historic project, we invite you to apply

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound shipments including po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.
  • Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs.
  • Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.

Qualifications

  • Organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
  • good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
  • 1-2 years experience analyzing inventory positioning and sku performance
  • Strong execution of data and processes is required.
