Integrated Insights and Analytics Backfill JD for Liver

Responsible for leading the commercial patient analytics and promotional analytics for the Liver (HCV and HBV) therapeutic areas. This role requires leveraging a broad and deep skill set (functional expertise, therapeutic area knowledge, communication skills, leadership and influencing, executive presence, etc.) to help drive the success of work across a variety of key stakeholders including business unit, brand and managed markets marketing leads, peer functional leads within Integrated Insights and Digital, Finance, Medical, and Global.

Strategic Planning & Performance Tracking:

Conduct analytics to inform a range of customer and consumer issues, including physician and patient segmentation, customer journey and treatment flow analytics, etc.

Lead performance/KPI development and reporting, enabling a thorough understanding of brand opportunities based on a variety of inputs

Collaborate on key forecast, market research and field-force insights and analytics.

Leverage data/analytics to inform brand strategy through the BPOA (Brand Plan of Action) process.

Leverage non-traditional and innovative analytical approaches, such as the use of new AI and predictive analytics techniques, to improve efficiency and effectiveness strategy and operations.

Actionable Insights:

Leads the integration of insight and analysis from a variety of sources to inform material decisions through the delivery of robust opportunities and market context. Consolidates a variety of data and information into actionable brand opportunities.

Provides objective quantitative analyses and leads the development of business cases to determine key opportunities and address critical business issues for the brand and/or TA.

Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership through various communication channels

Leadership, Influence and Communication:

Engages with a broad range of internal customers ranging from VP, executive directors of brand, marketing team, and IT.

Establishes and maintains business relationships in key segments of the Commercial organization, and consistently demonstrating a thorough understanding of internal customers' business needs.

Lead and conduct quarterly functional review with VP, Senior Director, and stakeholders.

Management and relationship development with key stakeholder groups in Account Management, Marketing and Commercial operations.

Management of external consulting resources from a project delivery perspective.

Basic Qualifications:

10+ years in commercial pharma/biotech analytics, data sciences, and digital technologies.

Strong commercial analytics and cross-functional management experience.

Proficiency in secondary data analysis with intimate knowledge of a variety of industry secondary data sources, including IQVIA, SHA, MMIT, EMR, and Lab data.

Experience with Payer analytics and Managed Markets nuances, particularly in high Medicaid and Medicare businesses (340-B, etc.).

Strong working knowledge of relevant software systems (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint, Tableau etc.) is required.

Proven history of working and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines and changing priorities is required

MBA or Master's degree. Preferred concentrations in one or more of healthcare, general management, analytics, and data sciences. Consultative or Analytics background preferred.
