Responsibilities
- Work on the latest applications of AI and Analytics to solve business problems in the Marketing and Media space for CPG / Retail customers
- Conduct solution and requirement workshops involving business and analytics stakeholders.
- Leverage marketing & media best practices to define and design advanced analytics solutions.
- Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights.
- Ability to understand the business context by discussing existing data models with senior client leaders and deriving useful business insights.
- Ability to break down a project into specific tasks involving business analysis, data science, and engineering.
- Direct teams of business analysts to create data-driven solutions.
- Define solutions using data analytics frameworks to solve data-driven business problems
- Report the results and insights to the business stakeholders, engaging them through a good data story driving activation
- Responsible for making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and developing plans to help operationalize analytic solutions.
- Being able to communicate with and manage expectations across stakeholders effectively
- 8-10 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in business data analytics in the Marketing and Media space.
- Prior experience working in the consumer goods / Retail/ Pet care industry
- Experience in leading marketing / media analytics programs
- Experience working with large data sets would be preferable (with an emphasis on business analysis problems).
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client's team to translate business problems into a high-level analytics solution approach.
- Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams.
- Knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms
