Job Summary

Manages procurement and purchasing operations and implements the strategy to provide the materials and services to meet organizational requirements for quality, volume, availability, and pricing. Maintains strategic supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and implements systems for monitoring performance, assessing risk, and responding to changes in demand or disruptions in the supply chain. Collaborates with other functions to define current and future inventory requirements and manage inventory levels. Implements processes and systems and utilizes technical tools to analyze data and increase responsiveness to material demands. Oversees auditing processes to ensure procurement and recordkeeping comply with any applicable industry or governmental regulations.

Essential Job Functions

· Identifies, develops, and implements sourcing strategies to reduce total delivered cost by driving savings meet goals.

· Facilitates Total Delivered Cost activities (RFI, RFX, Direct Negotiations).

· Provides leadership, coaching and feedback on the Total Delivered Cost sourcing process to build capability and mature practices across team.

· Effectively communicates strategies, results, and metrics to leadership.

· Manages spend for approximately $ XXM + dollars annually.

· Facilitates and conducts supplier business review scorecard process.

· Stays abreast of industry trends for assigned categories.

· Provides guidance and recommendations to business to ensure Inhance Technologies maintains a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

· Create bid templates, collect, and analyze bids to inform supplier selection process with stakeholders.

· Assist stakeholders with developing requirements (Statements of Work) to complete contract process.

· Partners with leadership to complete contract negotiation and work through contract redlines.

· Manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

· Actively maintains contract roadmaps and financial trackers to communicate project and spend forecasting.

· All work to be performed on site.

· Other duties as assigned.

Educational and Skills Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, Finance or related field

· 5-7 years of experience in purchasing.

· ERP experience with background on MRP module.

· Experience with structuring and leading complex negotiations with suppliers.

· Demonstrated history of leadership, teamwork, and project management skills.

· Demonstrated competitive drive and strong orientation for results and achievement.

· Demonstrated skills in clear communication and presentation.

Demonstrated professionalism and strong presence in interactions with others.
