* Atencion a clientes interncionales: Customer Service canal wholesale Internacional.

* Introduccion de pedidos en el sistema

* Seguimiento de las ordenes hasta su entrega ai como resolucin de incidencias.

* Servicios y facturacin clientes Wholesale.

* Gestin de stocks y reposicin de pedidos tiendas. Control de Inventarios de tiendas.

* Entradas de compras (import) en el RP de la empresa

* Introducir los nuevos productos (Crear Item master) de las nuevas colecciones en el sistema.

* Exportar informacin del RP de la empresa a Excel y trabajarlo (con tablas dinmicas, formulaciones, etc) para sacar conclusiones, tarifas, entregas, KPI's.

* Realizacin de presentaciones con Power Point para los comerciales.

Perfil del candidato

* Experiencia previa minima de dos aos como Customer Service/back Office con buen dominio de Excel.

* Idiomas Ingles first(mandatory), Italiano (Opcional).

* Residir en Barcelona ciudad o alrededores.

Oferta de empleo

Contrato con Page Personnel ETT de 6 meses y posterior incorporacion a empresa. Posicion ESTABLE

Horario: 9-14h y de 15-18h (actualmente 100% teletrabajo pero cuando mejore la situacion en relacion a la pandemia, pasara a ser hibrido con 3 dias/semana des de casa).Experiencia previa minima de dos aos como Customer Service/Back Office con buen dominio de Excel.

Idiomas Ingles first(mandatory), Italiano (Opcional).

Residir en Barcelona ciudad o alrededores.
