Overview Base wages PLUS a seasonal loyalty bonus As our Revenue Auditor, you will help ensure daily records of sales have been accurately accounted for so that we can provide a memorable day in the mountains for our guests. Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long. Responsibilities Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Accurately process and review cashier tie outs, reaching out to the appropriate party to resolve variances. Reconcile reports from various sales locations by comparing the cashier’s close reports to the system sales and prepare system adjustments. Prepare daily sales postings. Prepare daily bank deposits for cash and checks. Qualifications What we are looking for: A passion to deliver excellent customer service in every interaction. Proficient computer skills that include Microsoft Word and Excel, and knowledge of POS and database programs. Prior knowledge of cash handling controls and procedures. Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred. Wage and Benefit Info: The wage range for this position is: from $20 to $25/Hr. Benefits include: health, dental, vision. Team members will accrue PTO and will earn 2 weeks or more in a 12 month period. All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff). All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
