Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager will provide guidance and support to the production leadership team and coordinate operations to ensure that production targets and customer expectations are met. The Production Manager will be responsible for continuous improvement and driving down conversion costs for the assigned product line.
