Our client is a successful wealth management firm seeking an experienced Client Service Manager for their firm in New York, NY. Qualified candidates must demonstrate experience with HNW client services, confidentiality, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills in a highly collaborative team environment. Candidates with a strong operations background and "white glove" client relationship experience are highly preferred. This position is open to Remote candidates. Qualifications: Knowledge of investment and portfolio administration such as fund transfers and withdrawals, RMDs, capital gains, and losses, calculation of stepped-up cost basis, ACATs, new account documentation, and classification of securities. Experience with the Fidelity custodial platform is preferred. Responsibilities: Engage and promptly address HNW client requests with a "concierge role"Open new accounts, process client money movement requestsHandle office operations with account requests, back-office processing, preparing reports and special projectsSupport data gathering and planning requests for financial planners as neededWork closely with client service staff to align with client communication, documentation, and workflow processesAssess and develop recommendations to improve internal processes and proceduresOffice team collaboration with the investment and planning team for client needs and prospect opportunitiesFlexibility to be "hands-on" with a team of 8 in operations, client servicing, and planning as neededThoroughly document daily activity, follow-up items, and notes in CRMFidelity custodian liaison for back-office processing requestsPreferred Skills: Proactive mindset with great listening skills, willingness to provide efficiency ideas and recommendations for improvementsAbility to demonstrate strong organization, and client management skillsAbility to be accountable and finish tasks with little supervisionQuick thinker, ability to make decisions and judgment calls independentlyExcellent phone and client service skillsExcellent attention to detail10+ Years of experience in financial servicesProficient in Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TeamsStrong technology skills in video chat, Google Docs, and Junxure preferredRequired Education: Bachelor's DegreeJob Type and Benefits: Full-timeHealth, Vision and DentalParking included (if applicable)Job Type: Full-time Salary: $100k - $150k Depending on experience About Us Advisor Business Solutions provides staffing, strategic marketing, and training services for financial services, government, and corporations nationwide.
