The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, highly self-motivated and possess strong verbal & communication skills. THIS POSITION IS ONSITE AT ALL TIMES.

The Inside Sales Representative position is a great opportunity for individuals willing to work hard and take advantage of one of the fastest growing industries in the world while earning a realistic six figure income.

Position is ONSITE in EDISON, NJ.

Summary Of Responsibilities

Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy. Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions. Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations. Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture. Ability to learn product suite quickly. Demonstrate strong product knowledge.

Required Experience:

1+ Years of experience and success in sales, and building rapport. Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients. Ability to close deals and up-sale policy. Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines. Strong phone presence.
