System One division is looking to expand our team of account executives/business development managers.
System One is in the Top 10 Staffing firms in the US.  S. we provide scientific, clinical, engineering, energy, IT, legal and commercial staffing services.  For more than 40 years, we have delivered workforce solutions and integrated services to clients nationally.
Drive sales revenue by managing and growing existing clients as well as generating revenue with new business development
- Manage the recruiting process, engaging with the client and recruiters.
The Account Executive/Business Development contributes to System One's success and the individual unit's financial success by:
- Planning, developing and driving sourcing strategies in collaboration with the branch manager to identify growth opportunities
- Consulting with our current client base, identifying departments and opportunities within the company
- Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline of qualified prospects in the market
1-3 years of experience in a customer-focused or sales-related role.  Must have a strong desire to build a career in sales by using proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build client relationships.
- Effective client service abilities, strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Demonstrated comfort in a sales driven environment
