We offer a complete menu of services including Lash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Brow Laminations, Threading Services, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests' natural lashes.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from youRESPONSIBILITIES:Increase membership sales and retail salesGreet visitors and provide an excellent customer experienceBook appointments in person or by phoneContribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenanceMaintain a clean and inviting environmentSocial media creationsAssist in salon eventsREQUIRED SKILLS:1+ years customer service or retail sales experience1+ years in membership sales (preferred)Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work some weekends and some eveningsExperience with MindBody Software is a plusWHY JOIN OUR TEAM?Hourly wage; + CommissionsGrowth opportunitiesFree lash extensions and all other salon servicesDiscounts on retail productsJob Types: Full-timeBenefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleShift:4 hour shift8 hour shiftWeekly day range:Monday to FridayWeekends as neededExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In personEdit jobOpenView public job pageCompensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour WHAT WE DO:The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions.
