Overview:

Job Description

F.H. Furr is seeking a dedicated Warranty Coordinator to lead our team in delivering exceptional service. As our Warranty Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the department's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Warranty filing and compiling jobs completed the day prior
  • Verifying warranties - Responsible for checking and responding to the emails that technicians and the call center send to double-check warranty status on customers equipment.
  • Tracking and confirming credits by maintaining a spreadsheet of warranty claims, status updates and credits received
  • Communicating with warehouse employees regarding parts turned in by technicians, vendor returns and exchanges

Qualifications

To be a successful member of our team, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma (or GED) as a testament to your foundational education
  • Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred, showcasing your dedication to client satisfaction
  • Dedication to meeting attendance requirements, demonstrating reliability
  • A team-player mentality, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues
  • Proficiency in navigating through multiple software systems and windows simultaneously
  • A demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy when responding to customer needs

Compensation:

  • $20 - $25 / hour plus commission

Office Hours:

  • Full time, Monday Friday
