General Summary:

Under the guidance of the Manager, Total Rewards & HRIS, the Human Resources Analyst is responsible for compiling, structuring and analyzing human resources data to make conclusions that help streamline all processes. This position will lead the team in managing and maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and assisting in development and innovation of technical systematic programs. The HR Analyst is critical throughout project implementations and system optimization to enhance the delivery of HR services. This individual will be responsible for evaluating and making compensation and pay structure recommendations. The HR Analyst serves as a technical point of contact and works with assigned subject matter experts to ensure efficient HR operation and functionality.

Essential Functions:
  • Strong data reporting skills with the ability to develop reporting and dashboards for ongoing departmental needs.
  • Day-to-day operations and administration of HR data management
  • Support the maintenance and upkeep of our existing and upcoming technology and understand the integration between them to resolve issues related to transitional work.
  • Assures modifications to HR processes are successfully tested prior to implementation in a live environment.
  • Assists in wage review of new and existing roles, annual market analysis, and configuration of the annual wage adjustment process.
  • Provides support and guidance to other HR staff, managers, and employees on the use of HRIS to promote optimal functionality.
  • Coordinates with benefit vendors to integrate all open enrollment and ongoing benefits related data. Configuration and testing of annual benefits Open Enrollment.
  • Promotes effective working relationships and works as part of a department/unit team to facilitate the department's ability to meet its goals and objectives.
  • Coordinates with Information Services to build, schedule and deliver/interface critical reports generated from the HRIS systems.
  • Monitor the security and authorization of access to HR systems.
  • Ability to perform detailed work with speed and accuracy while meeting critical deadlines and following policies and procedures
  • Understanding of the payroll process
  • Performs other duties as assigned
