Job Summary: As a HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks and functions. You will assist in maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, coordinating recruitment activities, and providing general HR support. Responsibilities: + Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and documentation related to benefits, leaves, and performance evaluations. + Assist in the preparation and processing of HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment agreements, and termination paperwork. + Coordinate and support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. + Collaborate with HR team members to facilitate new hire onboarding, including preparing new employee welcome packages and conducting orientation sessions. + Respond promptly and courteously to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. + Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. + Assist in organizing employee training sessions and maintaining training records. + Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. + Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects. + Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR-related documents. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with employees at all levels of the organization. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR information systems. + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
