Job Title: Marketing Manager 2 Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ, USA Pay Range: $50-$56/ Hourly Shopper Marketing Manager, HE – Integrated Marketing

cross-functional collaboration Key Points / Necessary Attributes: 5+ years of experience in marketing, 3+ years in digital marketing, advertising, or related field. Retail marketing experience a plus, but not required. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to lead initiatives across teams. Superior project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, coordinate and direct project teams and manage budgets. High level of confidence, integrity and enthusiasm that fits a fast-paced, energetic and proactive organization. Work independently and actively in a team environment to achieve business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail. Must be able to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone and through email. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills are critical in this role. Deeply understand the digital and in-store retail shopper experience journey, consumer pain points and industry best practices. Manage product experience lifecycle on retailer websites, including toolkit and assets updates, above-the-fold content and A+ / below-the-fold content launches Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Retail accounts to support marketing and campaign execution efforts (content, messaging, ad campaigns, creative approvals and other) Drive initiatives that bring Client marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions to Retailers (through the account teams) to ensure cross-channel consistency for shoppers throughout the year Lead regular customer-strategic planning and marketing calendar cadence with account teams Manage content launch processes and optimizations across Retail, including all Retail marketing, in-store experiences and websites About ASK:
