Shopper Marketing Manager, HE – Integrated Marketing
Job Description:

- Knowledge /experience in shopper/retail marketing, Digital creative/advertising, cross-functional collaboration
Key Points / Necessary Attributes:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, 3+ years in digital marketing, advertising, or related field. Retail marketing experience a plus, but not required.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to lead initiatives across teams.
- Superior project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, coordinate and direct project teams and manage budgets.
- High level of confidence, integrity and enthusiasm that fits a fast-paced, energetic and proactive organization.
- Work independently and actively in a team environment to achieve business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail. Must be able to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone and through email.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills are critical in this role.
- Deeply understand the digital and in-store retail shopper experience journey, consumer pain points and industry best practices.
- Manage product experience lifecycle on retailer websites, including toolkit and assets updates, above-the-fold content and A+ / below-the-fold content launches
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Retail accounts to support marketing and campaign execution efforts (content, messaging, ad campaigns, creative approvals and other)
- Drive initiatives that bring Client marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions to Retailers (through the account teams) to ensure cross-channel consistency for shoppers throughout the year
- Lead regular customer-strategic planning and marketing calendar cadence with account teams
- Manage content launch processes and optimizations across Retail, including all Retail marketing, in-store experiences and websites
