Summary: This position is integral to the effective operations of the Talent Development function at LLS. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Development. The Talent Development Temp will support the talent management technologies Cornerstone, intranet pages, and third-party course providers. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution and management of our Talent Development Program logistics. Essential competencies for this role include project management, attention to detail, technical and tactical execution.

Accountabilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Development Program Logistics: Support of coordination and management all logistics related to the Talent Development transition from Cornerstone to Dayforce.
  • Document Management: Support the downloading, organizing, and distributing of necessary documents and materials for program participants. Ensure easy access to program content by managing digital repositories and providing clear instructions for document downloads.
  • Program Design Support: Assist in designing and enhancing the Talent Development Program structure. Collaborate with the Talent Development team to incorporate feedback, research best practices, and devise innovative approaches to program delivery.
  • Mailbox Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Talent Development Program. Efficiently manage the program's mailbox, responding to inquiries, forwarding communication to appropriate team members, and ensuring prompt and professional interactions.
  • Communication Support: Facilitate effective communication within the program by drafting correspondence, program updates, and announcements. Ensure consistent messaging and engage participants and stakeholders through various communication channels.
  • Reporting Support: Assist in compiling and analyzing program data to generate reports. Support the assessment of program effectiveness through the collection of feedback and performance metrics. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Talent Development Program by providing insightful reporting.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education or Human Resources field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, Human Resources, HR systems support or related department.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, instructional designers, subject matter experts and management using excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management with ability to effectively organize and manage multiple learning initiatives using strong organizational, time management and attention-to-details skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills, problem-solving skills, and process improvement.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with proficiency at learning new related business and communication technologies.
  • Track record in supporting successful training or related programs.
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes and technologies.

  • This is a non-exempt, hourly paid role. The average salary is $30/hr, open to further discussion based on geography.
