The Retail Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and managing our organization's facilities, including managing building and retail store maintenance, repairs, and coordinating services to ensure efficient and safe operations.This role plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong record of success in facilities management, customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. If you meet the above requirements, we welcome your application to join our dynamic team.Duties and Responsibilities:•Manage repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of company facilities, including building systems, appliances, and outdoor spaces. Duties involve light carpentry, HVAC, and assisting employees with internal moves.•Work with vendors, contractors, and property managers to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.•Coordinate facilities services, including custodial, landscaping, and security services.•Monitor and manage facility access and safety protocols, including security systems and protocols.•Ensure compliance with all regulations and codes related to building safety and maintenance.•Develop and maintain relationships with other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service.•Participate in the development of long-term plans for facility maintenance, upgrades, and improvements, including budget development and management.•Provide regular reports on facility operations, expenses, and projects to management.•Maintains up-to-date procedures, manuals and checklistsPhysical Requirements:•Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.•Working Conditions: May require outdoor work and exposure to weather conditions when addressing outdoor facilities or landscaping issues.Benefits:•Corporate employees work 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off)•Annual Company Bonus Plan•401(K)•Employee Stock Ownership Plan•Generous Paid Time Off (including holidays & year-end closure, personal observance days, sick/personal) •Comprehensive Health Insurance (medical, dental, FSA & HSA, life ins, etc.)•Flexible Reimbursement Program (education, PTO related expenses, spa services, fitness/ exercise fees, etc.)•Commitment to wellbeing activities (Employee Assistance Program, wellness gatherings)•Clothing Allowance•EILEEN FISHER Friends Discount Program (25% off product)Required ExperienceEducation: High school diploma or equivalent•Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or related field•Excellent verbal and written communication skills•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands•Experience working with vendors, contractors, and property managers•In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols•Strong organizational and analytical skills•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software•Proficiency in Service Channel a plus. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team•Availability for after-hours emergency calls and occasional weekend workReports to: Director of FacilitiesLocation: Irvington, On-SiteExemption Status: Non-ExemptSchedule:Monday 8:30am - 6:00pmTuesday - Thursday: 9:30am - 7pm Friday: 8:30am - 5pm with every other Friday offThe hiring salary range for this role is $35- $40.00/hr. dependent upon experience and qualifications.
