Job Summary:

The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) will be working directly with our Promotions Manager and Regional Sales Managers to provide account insights and strategies, customer service, promotional execution, and analytical insights for our current and future vendor partners. The FMM will also be responsible for running lead for our Field Team, providing support, direction, and strategies to achieve company goals while also helping coordinate and onboard new members of the team.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Field Team Spending (Own Company Card to Approve Field Team Expenses and charge when necessary. IE: Hotel Room Stay overnight for field team member)
  • Oversee all department hiring for the region
  • Ensure new team members are properly onboarded/trained and provide HR support for the first 90 days
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide Weekly Summary Reports to the Promotions Manager and Sales Regionals on the status of the Field Marketing Team's activities, successes and losses.
  • Manage all Marketing Asset Manifests
  • Provide reports in a minimum of (3) months in advance. Provide detailed summary reports and data supporting reasoning behind the need of what is being requested
  • Work with Warehouse Managers to coordinate the distribution of all necessary marketing materials to necessary locations
  • Work with Sales Regionals regarding strategizing marketing/promotional efforts to align with sales needs
  • Ensure the Accrual Sheet is being properly filled out for field team data/stats
  • Provide Weekly Goals/KPI Status
  • Weekly Calls with Sales Reps to ensure communication lines are being continued at all times and both sides are aligned on objectives, expectations, and methods for execution
  • Holds Company Card and makes company purchases on behalf of the team.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite applications
Education and Experience:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of field marketing experience
  • 3+ years' experience with forecasting reports and sales
  • 1+ years' experience managing a field team
