Sales and Marketing/ Vice President Assistant ( Part Time ) United Skates of America is a premier entertainment venue specializing in roller skating, arcade games, and family-friendly events. We are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere. We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Assistant to the Vice President/Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our marketing and sales initiatives by working closely with the Vice President. Your primary responsibilities will include selling our product to potential guests, managing excel worksheets, marketing on social media, updating websites, and conducting data analysis to drive our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Vice President in daily operations and sales initiatives. Maintain and update Excel worksheets for tracking data and performance metrics. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Provide administrative support as needed. Qualifications: Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support is a plus. A passion for creating a fun and engaging experience for guests. Schedule: This is a part-time position, requiring 25-30 hours per week. Flexibility in scheduling is available. Pay: Pay ranges from $22.00-$24.00 based on experience.
