Resort Customer Service Specialists provide solutions to enrich customer retention and build relationships with our guests. JOB DUTIES Ensure a positive customer experience by effectively managing all customer inquiries that come in through Sun's social media channels. Respond to all customer social site reviews and track ratings and responses within Salesforce. Identifies potential issues utilizing the Customer Case Management process and ensure the proper customer resolution follow up occurs. Utilize Salesforce Social Studio to manage social media customer responses and provide reporting as requested. Identifies sales opportunities presented through customer service cases. Meets or exceed the targeted closure rate of customer service cases and all assigned goals. Adheres to all company policies. Other duties as assigned.
