POSITION OVERVIEW: Senior Client Advisors (SCA) are the top sellers in the store and market. SCAs are natural relationship builders with outstanding commercial ability, guiding each client through the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of their needs and lifestyle while creating long-term value for clients and the company. The Senior Client Advisor strives to achieve individual and team results and, at times responsible for acting as the Manager on Duty (MOD). The SCA coaches and guides the sales team, sharing skills and knowledge while also ensuring the store operations are being executed to brand standard, including floor coverage. The SCA is not responsible for Performance Management with the primary focus being driving sales. RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage with clients and ensure the Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards are embodied consistently. Drive and exceed both individual and store sales objectives including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, conversion, and data collection/enrichment by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales. Contribute to enhancing team performance as a guide and coach, sharing knowledge, information, best practices, and mentoring colleagues with less experience. Capture quality client information to understand and meet clients’ needs to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities. Build and develop long-lasting client relationships using the company’s clienteling program and initiatives. Drive business through active client outreach and appointment selling. Attract new clients by acting as a Brand Ambassador through networking within the community. Professionally interact with all levels of Management and Corporate representatives. Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, enhancing the knowledge of the brand's history and values, collection proposition, and product features. Supervise the sales floor, acting as MOD when required. Responsible for opening and closing procedures while also holding store keys, as required. Support and maintain company visual merchandise presentation standards. Support in inventory preparation and execution. Work with all store teams to maintain a professional and productive work environment. Additional responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 Years of previous experience in sales roles, in Luxury Retail Companies. Proven excellent client service skills and commercial mindset. Previous experience in training and coaching people both in professional and non-professional contexts. Ability to drive results through others. Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to communicate and analyze business needs/trends with senior leadership. Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is classified as non-exempt for purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as this employee’s primary duties consist of performing clerical and/or manual work-based activities. The hourly rate for this role ranges from $22.00 - $25.00. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to take part in our comprehensive benefits program which includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more.
