Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform administrative and office support activities.
  • Answer switchboard and screen calls, be responsive to questions/problems and channel calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Greet and direct customers and office guests.
  • Assist with applicants and new hires as needed.
  • Perform basic office support functions, to include, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Prepare/organize incoming and outgoing mail including the use of a postage machine, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and reserve and prepare facilities including meal arrangements.
  • Prepare internal and external correspondence.
  • Assist with preparing and binding presentations.
  • Manage communications effectively among diverse groups of people within the organization

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's licenses required
  • Previous receptionist/administrative assistant/customer service experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience creating messages/communications
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use basic office equipment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude with the desire to succeed
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job includes but is not limited to: frequent sitting, standing, frequent computer use, frequent telephone use, some lifting or moving up to 30 lbs.
